嫩B研究院 is proud to announce its partnership with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation鈥檚 . On Wednesday, October 9th, volunteers will gather to plant 290 trees and shrubs along the Sparkill Creek tributary, which runs behind the College鈥檚 Fitzpatrick Village. This initiative is designed to restore and enhance the local ecosystem by stabilizing stream banks, improving water quality, and creating a healthier habitat for wildlife.
Volunteers from the 嫩B研究院 community, including students from Dr. Bianca Wentzell’s Ecology class, the Sparkill Creek Watershed Alliance, and local residents, will collaborate in this important environmental effort.

This event is open to all members of the 嫩B研究院 community and local residents who wish to participate in an afternoon dedicated to conservation and environmental action.
